Tennessee Valley's #1 for The Most Hip Hop and R&BWEUP is an Urban contemporary radio station serving Huntsville and the Tennessee Valley. It was the first radio station carrying an urban format in the region and, for that, it carries the double slogan "Huntsville's heritage station" and "Tennessee Valley's #1 for The Most Hip Hop and R&B". Its weekly schedule features several music shows in which the station's team of DJs showcase their playlists with the best of classic and current Hip Hop, R&B, Gospel, and Blues music hits. Local news reports featuring weather and traffic updates, church announcements, and locally produced entertainment shows are also part of its lineup. Brotha Love and Brother Steve Murry are currently the station's main hosts. WEUP also provides an international online streaming service, allowing people outside its airwaves' reach to listen live to its broadcast.
